Disciple Homes

Opened in 2001, Page Place was designed with the senior in mind.  All of the 50 one bedroom apartments are equipped with wider doorways, walk-in showers, grab bars and a monitored emergency call system.  The building has secured entrance doors, fire alarms, and sprinkler system.

 

Each month the Residents' Council plans a wide variety of activities, including holiday parties, bingo, dining out, and Bible study, just to name a few.  The community offers transportation to scheduled shopping and recreational activities on a wheelchair accessible van.

 

A Service Coordinator is on staff to assist residents with insurance, Medicare or Medicaid issues.  Additionally, she can assist residents in finding community services they qualify for to help maintain an independent lifestyle.

     >   Your Income $29,300 or less - for one person OR  

          $33,500 or less - for two people, AND

     >   The head of household is 62 years of age or older.
